PHASE II
Editorial 23 May 2020All around Europe the approach to the pandemic seems to have reached a new point. The so-called Phases II are starting all over. Surely the approaches are different, the way we are going through this new path is more than ever fragmented and with each country interpreting and implementing it in an original way. This fact shows how Europe needs more than one push to re-build itself as a common place. Meaning by this an area which shares more than only formal rules or Treaties. The task in the reality is far more complicated than it seems and the COVID-19 crisis just enlightened it more.
