Finally we arrive to the moment in which a prominent actor of the European Union will decide its new President. A really important ad powerful one, having in mind the kind of presidential republic France is. Apart from who will be the President (you will know it before NEU comes out) it is important from our point of view to examine the possible changes and perspectives in the next times for the several French policy sectors.
