During these days in several parts of the world the role of the European Union as a principal actor for the defence of the human rights seems to have returned decisive. In a situation where the Union lacks political  and  economical unity, this kind of role is possibly the best one that can be played in order to show some influence in the international processes. Through this issue, NEU, will take into consideration different scenarios in this sense, trying to see whether, where and how this action is effective. Have a good reading.
