Old Europe vs New Europe
Editorial 27 February 2017It is more and more the leitmotiv of this strange and hard period for the Union the fact of underlying the distance between the first countries which joined and the latecomers. The first are always addressed as “Old Europe”, vs the second ones as the new one. But is it a difference which has some evidence in the reality? Are there different policies between the two groups?
